We would like to introduce you to our new project that EnerCoop Uelzechtdall will be realising this year in collaboration with the municipality of Walferdange. This is an additional PV system on the campus of the school in Helmsange. In addition to the Maison Relais building and the sports hall, we will now also be covering the roof of the school building. A total of 509 modules with a total output of 229 kWp will be installed. The special highlight here: For the first time, we will use modules from the Luxembourg-based company Solarcells (www.solarcells.lu). The electrical energy generated will primarily be used locally, on campus. We are currently investigating whether the surplus can be supplied to other buildings in the community via the medium-voltage grid. Any remaining energy will be fed into the grid.
